[Exclusive] LOONA Vivi and Hyunjin to also leave Blockberry… Legal battle victory
Vivi and Hyunjin, members of the group LOONA, are also parting ways with Blockberry Creative.
According to legal officials on the 9th, LOONA Vivi and Hyunjin, who recently filed an injunction against their agency Blockberry Creative to suspend the validity of their exclusive contracts, received a partial judgment in the first trial.
Before this, LOONA Chuu was the first to draw a partial victory in a case against Blockberry Creative. Chuu has currently established a new home in the new agency ATRP and is planning solo activities.
Heejin, Kim Lip, Jinsoul, and Choerry of course have chosen to part ways with Blockberry Creative following their legal rulings. Signing exclusive contracts with Modhaus, they are continuing on an independent path with “ARTMS Project”.
Attention is being drawn to Vivi’s and Hyunjin’s next course of action. It has been made known that they are currently thinking about the direction of their activities, leaving open various options.
Meanwhile LOONA Haseul, Yeojin, Yves, Go Won, and Olivia Hye have also filed lawsuits but lost, and remain listed under Blockberry Creative.
